02 / Services

Three Ways to Bring Your Part to Life.

Wherever your project starts — a CAD file, a physical part, or a rough idea — the first step is the same: an engineering review of what you have.

Service B — Scan to Part

No Drawing? Start with the Physical Part.

Have an existing component but no CAD file?

Our 3D scanning and reverse engineering workflow can help capture its geometry and reconstruct a digital model for manufacturing evaluation.

We assess the part, scanning requirements, geometry and functional details before determining the appropriate reconstruction approach.

Service C — Idea to Prototype

Have an Idea? Let's Explore the Possibilities.

Not every project starts with a finished drawing.

If you have a sketch, reference images or a mechanical concept, we can discuss the design requirements and evaluate a suitable path toward a manufacturable prototype.

Design and engineering work beyond machining is quoted separately, so scope, effort and cost stay clear before anything begins.

  • Hardware startups
  • Product designers
  • R&D teams and makers

  2. 02

    Engineering Review

We review the geometry, material, dimensions, manufacturing feasibility and project requirements.

  3. 03

    Quotation & Confirmation

You receive a quotation covering the agreed scope, estimated lead time and delivery arrangements.

  4. 04

    Manufacturing

After approval and payment arrangements, we proceed with the agreed manufacturing work.

  5. 05

    Quality Check & Delivery

The completed component is checked against the agreed requirements and prepared for shipment.

Lead times and achievable tolerances are confirmed per project after the engineering review. No fixed promises before we see the part.

05 / Materials

Material Flexibility for Custom Applications.

Material selection depends on the part's geometry, mechanical requirements, intended application and manufacturing conditions. We have experience machining and processing a range of materials, including:

Metals

  • Aluminum Alloys
  • Titanium Alloys
  • Stainless Steel
  • Brass
  • Copper

Engineering Plastics

  • ABS
  • POM

Other Materials

  • Jade
  • Carbon Fiber

Material availability does not mean every material suits every geometry. Grades, stock sizes, machining approach and delivery requirements are confirmed during project evaluation.

06 / Equipment

Compact 5-Axis Technology. Built for Complex Parts.

Our machining setup is designed for small, detailed and geometrically complex custom components. With 5-axis machining capabilities and 3D scanning technology, we can evaluate a wide range of custom manufacturing and reverse engineering projects.

On accuracy

±0.01 mm refers to linear axis repeatability, not a guaranteed machining tolerance on finished parts.

Achievable tolerances depend on material, part geometry, tooling, workholding, machining strategy, thermal conditions and inspection method. They are evaluated on a project-by-project basis.

  • Small precision components
  • Complex mechanical geometries
  • Multi-sided components
  • Custom adapters and interfaces
  • Small functional prototypes
  • Specialized replacement parts

The work envelope is small by design. Large structural parts and oversized industrial components are outside our capacity.

08 / Why Us

Flexible Manufacturing for Projects That Don't Fit the Standard Model.

01

No Minimum Order Quantity

Single-piece projects are welcome. We understand that many engineering and product development projects only need one or a few components.

02

Engineering-Oriented Communication

We review your requirements before quoting, helping clarify geometry, material and manufacturing considerations.

03

Machining + Scanning

We combine CNC machining with 3D scanning and reverse engineering capabilities to support projects with or without existing CAD files.

04

Flexible Project Scope

From a single replacement component to a small prototype batch, project requirements are evaluated individually.

05

Malaysia-Based Production

Manufacturing is carried out in Malaysia, with international inquiry and shipping arrangements evaluated according to project requirements.
